Our friendly dog lives on premises and to avoid complications there are no pets allowed. Yes we said it, no pets allowed.

It’s important to remember that this property is for adults that want to relax and enjoy the peaceful nature that surrounds us.

No smoking indoors ever. Period. Smoking is permitted outside.

We don’t charge a cleaning fee, in return ask that you wash your dishes, wipe down surfaces, and clean the BBQ after each use so they can be enjoyed by the next guest.

We follow the districts fires regulations. Fires are only permitted from 7pm and must be monitored at all times and doused with water when you are ready to go in for the night. If there is a fireban we must adhere.

We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly after 11pm out of respect for the squirrels (and other guests and neighbours).

Please DO NOT leave any garbage out at night as it will attract raccoons, bears and other nighttime opportunists. Guests are responsible for taking their own garbage to the dump (1 km away).

We only host people who are 21 or older. This excludes children who are accompanied by adults.
